Our office on McPhillips Street is one of the only pediatric dental practice in Canada with its own On-Site, State - of - the - Art Surgical Centre!
Why is this so special? Here are just a few of the many benefits we can offer your family at our Centre. If your child has had to undergo surgery of any kind, you will understand how heart-breaking it is to see your child get "wheeled-off" by strangers. At Children's Dental World, those are feelings you will not have to endure! Our warm & friendly environment will have your child at ease from the moment they walk in their special little door, to when they "go to sleep" before their procedure! The parents are with them the whole time and your face is the last face they see before treatment begins.
To ensure your child’s safety, we have a doctor & nurses with years of experience working at CDW! You may think that this must come with a high price attached, but in reality, the cost is the same as it would be if the treatment was done in the dental chair. We believe that this type of treatment is a good start to your child’s future dental health.
If your child requires a lot of work in more than one area of their mouth, being treated at the Surgical Centre is the only way to do it. If your child is treated here, they will not have to go through multiple needles to freeze the different areas; all treatment is performed with “sleep dentistry”. Often, you will have to bring your child back to the dentist several times to have all the work done, but not at CDW! All treatment is done in one easy appointment with no needles. This will save you trips to the dentist and you will not have to take as much time away from work and school.
So as you can see, any major treatment really requires the expertise and caring of our specially trained professionals!

INSURANCE INFORMATION
Please note that we do not have access to your insurance plan information or what your plan covers. This information is confidential and is only accessible by the policy holder. We cannot be held responsible for the benefits included in your insurance coverage which includes:
· Recall exam frequency
· Co-payment percentage
· Deductible amount
· Fee guide covered by your Insurance Plan
· The treatment cost percentage covered by you Insurance Plan
Also, please ensure we are provided with the correct insurance information to effectively submit the claim to your insurance company.
DENTAL SURGERY
If your child is having dental surgery with us, we will offer a 5% discount on the total of the surgery balance if you pay the full amount before or on the day of surgery.
